Mango Salsa

It’s summer and summer means having fresh and delicious foods. This mango salsa recipes is the ultimate fresh and delicious food. The perfect accompaniment to any summer party or get together.

Bonus tip, this salsa is also amazing on some spinach as a salad or on some delicious vegan tacos!

Mango Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 1 mango
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 large red onion
  • 1/3 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1 tbsp lime zest
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions:

  1. With a sharp knife finely dice all your mango, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro and red bell pepper. We prefer fairly small pieces as it makes it more scoopable. Add all your chopped ingredients to a medium bowl.
  2. Slice your jalapeno in half and remove the insides and seeds. If you wish you can leave some in for a spicier dip. Finely dice the jalapeno and add to your bowl.
  3. Add lime zest and juice and mix until well coated.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
