The second recipe of How to Vegan the Holidays PART 2 is here and it’s a good one. No Christmas is complete without stuffing, it happened one year and it was awful. Just because you are vegan doesn’t mean your Christmas needs to be stuffingless.
Pretty much any stuffing recipe can be easily made vegan, but this one is the best. We promise. Make it and you’ll see.
The BEST Vegan Stuffing
- 1 small baguette
- 1 red apple
- 2 celery stalks
- 1/2 cup vegetable stock
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 3 tbsp sage
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Dice your baguette, celery and apple. Add all to a bowl and toss to combine.
- Add vegetable stock, white wine, sage, onion, garlic and pepper. Toss to evenly coat everything.
- Add to a small parchment lined baking dish. Cover with tin foil and bake for about 40 minutes.
- Remove and mix. Serve.
