Our first recipe for you in this two part game day recipe series is a super yummy, super easy classic red pepper hummus. It’s light and refreshing and takes about 10 minutes to make.
Red Pepper Hummus
Prep: 10 min / Cook: 0 min / Total: 10 min / Makes: 3 cups
- 1 can chickpeas
- 3 roasted red peppers (from jar)
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- pinch salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- Add all ingredients to a food processor. Process until smooth.
- Top with diced roasted red pepper and sprinkle with smoked paprika.
- Side with toasted pita bread and nacho chips.
