Avocado Chocolate Pudding

Chocolate pudding is one of those amazing comfort foods. We can’t tell you how many times we begged our parents to buy chocolate pudding from the grocery store when we were kids.

This recipe is amazing in that it’s main component is actually avocados but no one would ever be able to tell. We have tested this recipe multiple times, on multiple people and none are able to identify that there is avocado in it.

This recipe is by no means healthy, but it is a great healthier and natural alternative to store bought pudding that is riddled with chemicals and how-do-you-pronounce-that? “ingredients”. Plus it tastes better and you know where your ingredients are coming from.

Avocado Chocolate Pudding

Prep: 5 min  /  Cook: 0 min  /  Total: 5 min  /  Makes: 2 servings

  • 2 avocados (ripe)
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy ilk
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  1. Put all ingredients into a food processor, except vanilla. Mix on high speed.
  2. If you have to scrap sides, stop mixing and do so. Add vanilla and mix on high speed until incorporated.
  3. Top with your favourite toppings and serve.
